Shayna joined the banking world in 2007 where she cut her teeth as a personal banker at one of Brisbane’s busy branches.
After being quickly recognised for her exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills, Shayna progressed to branch manager role where she managed large banking teams for 5 years.
In 2020 she left the corporate world to join our growing team as a Customer Service Manager, so that she could spend more one-on-one time with our customers and to focus on what she loves most about finance.
Since joining our team, Shayna has developed a reputation for her efficiency in the office, as well as her high single touch approval rate and regular testimonials from our very happy customers.
She brings her bubbly personality and happy smile to work every day and her passion to succeed for our clients is contagious among our team.
